and Cinna is just brand new to the Capital so that means he was born in the Capital, grew up in the Capital, and went to school in the Capital | |

| but a mine blast could kill just about anyone... the roof caves in, you get trapped, break somethin cant breathe, toxic air etc.. so running away isnt possible | |
