I personally pictured maybe Alex Pettyfer (if he dyed his hair darker) or Logan Lerman as Gale Smile

I think Alex Pettyfer would probably suit for Finnick. But I can't imagine him in the role if he were to appear in Mockinjay as well. Finnick become much softer in than one, especially with Annie.

I completely agree with Logan Lerman .. But I was thinking that Gaspard Ulliel has the "Gale Charm"
